FAQ
Frequently asked questions
If your question is not answered here, simply call or write — we will be glad to explain.
How much does the first consultation cost?
An initial conversation by phone or Telegram is free: we listen to your question and tell you which lawyer can help. The fee for a full consultation (including document review) depends on the complexity of the matter — it is agreed in advance, before any work begins.
How are your fees structured?
We work in three formats: a fixed fee for one-off services, staged payments for litigation, and a monthly retainer for businesses. In every case the amount is fixed in the engagement contract — there are no "surprise" costs along the way.
Can my matter be resolved without going to court?
Often, yes. In our experience a large share of disputes settle through negotiation or a settlement agreement — usually faster and cheaper. Whether to litigate is always a decision we make together with you, openly discussing the odds and the costs.
Will my documents and enquiry stay confidential?
Absolutely. Attorney–client privilege is protected by law: the substance of your enquiry, your documents, and even the fact that you contacted us are never disclosed to third parties.
I am not based in Tashkent. Do you work remotely?
Yes. We hold consultations by video call and exchange documents electronically. For court proceedings we also travel to the regions — such expenses are agreed in advance.
In which languages do you work?
Uzbek, Russian and English. We can prepare documents in all three languages.
How long will my matter take?
It depends on the question: a contract review takes 1–3 business days, company registration about a week, while litigation can run from a few months to a year. We give you a realistic timeline in the very first conversation.
Let’s discuss your matter
The initial conversation is free. We will listen and tell you honestly how we can help.
